SEABRIDGE is Making Moves during Mobility Week
During mobility week, our Seabridge crew put its best foot forward.
As is the annual tradition, as many people as possible participate in the ‘Sustainable Mobility Week’ in September.
Everyone moves and every movement has an impact on society and the environment. Our current mobility behaviour is endangering the ability of future generations to travel in the future.
What then is the path to sustainable mobility?
1. First consider whether you need to move places = REDUCE
2. Then think about which mode of transport is most suitable = SHIFT
3. Once those choices have been made, try to limit the impact of your move = CHANGE
That is why numerous actions are being set up throughout Flanders during mobility week in which public space is temporarily conquered by cyclists and pedestrians.
At Seabridge we also put our best foot forward, coupled with a fun promotion:
Anyone who came to work by bike or on foot for at least 7 days in the period from September 1 to September 22, received a “Sustainable to work” breakfast package on Friday, September 23.
